What are the available payment methods?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Cash, ApplePay, CashApp, & Zelle.
For Card Payment Processing, we use STRIPE.
ATTENTION ALL NEW/EXISITING CLIENTS::
** LOWE'S CLEANING SERVICES (LCS) AND STAFF MEMBERS OF LCS WILL NEVER ASK CLIENTS FOR CARD INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE OR VIA TEXT MESSAGE. LCS DOES NOT STORE OR SAVE ANY CUSTOMER'S CARD INFORMATION. IF YOU ENCOUNTER SOMEONE REPRESENTING AS A STAFF MEMBER FROM LCS REQUESTING CARD INFORMATION PLEASE EMAIL A REPORT TO INFO@LOWESCLEANING.NET AND REPORT WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES. **
I want to pay in a form of Cash, Apple Pay, Cash APP OR Zelle. Can I still Book an appointment
Yes you may. For customers wanting to pay in this form of payment, We require a 50% deposit of total amount in requested services to be completed in order to complete your booking request. This is so we may still secure your appointment date & time into our system. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your booked appointment, and you may proceed to pay in any form of payment you choose at that time. Please contact us directly by phone or email if you wish to book with us using these payment methods.
For customers paying by card with our booking site, you will be required to pay the full amount of services during the time of booking. If you are unsure of booking date & time (due to unforseen circumstances) As noted above you may also pay a 50% deposit to lock in your date & time. Remaining balance will be due at the time of appointment were we can process the remaining amount by credit or debit card of your choice. cancellations/refunds

We request at least a 48 hour notice on any appointments needing to be cancelled.
- We will issue you a refund of any amount paid during time of booking (please allow 3-5 business days for refund to be received, based on your bank's processing times)
*In the event you cancel your appointment with less than a 48 hour notice, only 50% of payment during time of booking with be refunded back to you. This also applies to our deposit procedures as well.
rescheduling
Need to reschedule your appointment, No problem. We do ask for at least a 24 hour notice for any appointments needing to be rescheduled.
In the event, you provide us a reschedule request that is less than a 24 hour notice, a $15.00 rescheduling fee will be manually added to your remaining balance due at the time of appointment.

Pets
pets in your home?
We will complete cleanings in any home with Pets inside, we are an animal-friendly cleaning service!
animal acknowledgement
We ask for all clients with pets in the home to safely move pets to a designated area during the time of cleaning, for the safety of our staff and your furry loved ones. We do use equipment that may frighten or alarm your pets.
